چکیده

The millimeter Wave transmission provides large bandwidth for data transfer which can satisfy the 5th generation mobile network architecture three main features: High rate, Low latency, Mass Connectivity. Due to high propagation attenuation characteristic of Wave, Directivity Antenna Array greatly increase transmitting distance. antenna dimensions are designed relative wave length better radiation performance. In bands, is under scale be integrated Package called AiP (Antenna in Package) This article will discuss influence substrate material property behavior. Dielectric Constant (Dk) air closed 1, use with low DK results expression Gain and Wider bandwidth. However, also affected by Constant, since wavelength inversely proportional square root Dk, Dk reduces size obviously. this paper, we provide comparison performance Low/High Patch consider single array. simulation, result shows difference between Dk. When increases 6 from 3, width reduced 30% contrast peak gain 15% higher For handheld devices such as smartphone, internal space limited, becomes critical. With help pattern design enhance choice devices.
